# Bloom Terms and Conditions — summary

## What the terms cover

- **License** — a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Bloom
  app, software, and services to provide your own services to your clients.
- **Restrictions** — no reselling, reverse engineering, building a competing
  product, spam, unlawful content, or automated scraping.
- **Your obligations** — you are responsible for your services, licenses,
  insurance, taxes, and your contracts with your own clients.
- **Payments** — Bloom does not process payments itself; payments are
  handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.
- **Ownership** — Bloom owns the app, website, and software. You grant
  Bloom a license to display images you post as samples of your work.
- **Disclaimers and liability** — the service is provided "as is", and
  Bloom's liability is limited as described in the full terms.
- **Termination** — either party may end the agreement; Bloom may suspend
  or terminate accounts that violate the terms.
- **Disputes** — disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration
  under AAA rules, with a class action waiver.
- **Privacy** — personal data is handled under the
  [privacy policy](/privacy). Bloom does not sell user data.
